TERMS & INFORMATION |

| Although every attempt is made to despatch your
order as soon as possible, sometimes due to seasonal pressures,
high demand for particular lines or manufacturing challenges,
there may be extended delays. For these reasons we ask that you
allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have a specific occasion
that you require your order for, please contact us before placing
an order to confirm our delivery schedules. All of our hand-made
furniture is produced to order and will take on average 3-4 weeks
to produce from confirmation of order. 'Specials' may take
slightly longer dependent on the complexity of the design. Canvas
prints are also commissioned specifically to order and usually
take around 3 weeks to print and stretch. |

| All prices are given in £GBP
sterling. However, at the checkout your shopping trolley will
display the prices in both Euros and $US Dollars. If you require a
price in any other currency please ask; although our conversion
will only be a close approximation for that day, your credit/debit
card provider or bank may use a slightly different exchange rate
at the point of transaction. |

| If there are any taxes or duties applicable to
any products, other than those imposed in the United Kingdom, they
are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you refuse to pay
those duties or taxes applicable to your own country or state, as
may be requested by your government, any shipping costs incurred
by goods being returned to ourselves is your responsibility. |

| If any of our products
arrive damaged, or parcels in the consignment missing, please
notify us as soon as possible. We will request that you then
return them to us within a 7 day period for a complete refund.
Although we do not send out goods on an approval basis, we accept
that under exceptional circumstances some customers may have a
need to return goods even though they are not faulty in any way.
In these instances we may, at our total discretion, offer a full
refund for the goods in question; although all shipping costs will
be deducted from any refund or credit offered. This offer does not
apply to any 'special' items such as specifically made furniture
items to customers requirements, canvas prints, or throws and
cushions that have been made which are not in our standard range.
If goods need to be returned we ask that you notify us first. |

| UK Mainland - There is a
single rate of £9.50 per delivery regardless of the value of
order, number of items purchased or number of parcels. Offshore
UK & EEC Countries - There is a single rate of £17.00 per delivery
(Unfortunately we are not able to offer furniture to offshore
customers or EEC Countries.)
USA & Canada - There is a single rate of £30.00 per delivery
(Unfortunately, we are not able to offer furniture to customers
from the USA or Canada.)
Rest of World - The rate for most countries will be £40.00.
However there are some more remote areas of the world where this
cost may be higher. We reserve the right to contact you if
additional shipping costs are involved to give you the option of
paying the surcharge or cancelling (Unfortunately, we are not able
to offer furniture to customers outside the mainland United
Kingdom) |

| Please note that due to the
nature of the materials used all sizes specified are only
approximate; although every effort is made to produce within
acceptable manufacturing tolerances. We take great care to try to
represent our products as closely as possible to real life through
our photographs. However, because we have no control of the
monitors or way in which people view our website, the actual goods
may vary slightly in colour to how they have been viewed online.
There can also be colour differences between batches of fabric and
so we can not always guarantee exactly the same colour match of
either faux fur or linings between multiple items. |

| Please ensure when giving
us a delivery address that it is one where a courier can obtain a
signature. It may sometimes be more convenient for yourselves to
give a works address for delivery. We also request that you always
specify your postcode. If wrong delivery information is given it
may result in additional shipping charges being passed on. |

| Many people have anti-spam
software installed on their computers to prevent floods of emails.
However, we have had occasion when it has been difficult to
contact a customer when necessary and for them to receive
automated emails regarding their order etc. We ask that you ensure
that your computer does not block our email addresses. |

| You can be assured that any
information you offer whilst paying for your order is completely
secure. We offer both Paypal and Protx for processing credit/debit
cards; both of which use highly sophisticated encryption. We are
also able to process your credit/debit card payment verbally over
the telephone if you prefer. There is also a number of other
payment options available to customers. |

| We are committed to
protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we
collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998) We will never give, sell or disclose this information to
a third party. We will collect information mainly to enable us to
process your order, but also that we might provide you with the
best possible service. We may email you in the future to keep you
informed of other products, or changes to our range that we feel
may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to contact you in
this way please email us so that once your order has been
processed we can delete your details from our database. The type
of information we will collect about you may include your name and
address, your telephone number (this will only be used to progress
or deal with a specific enquiry or order) and email address.
Please ensure that your computer will not block any response
emails from us that we may need to send to you in connection with
your order.
Please note that your credit/debit card details are only
available to our secure online processors; we do not have access
to that information unless you choose to complete your
transaction via the telephone with us. All credit/debit card
transactions through the online 3rd party processors are encrypted
and totally secure.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This can include the use of a 'cookie' which
would be stored on your browser. |
